To manage your connected store, go to Settings → Stores.

💡 Tip: If you have multiple stores, select one from the list on the left panel.

Integrations

PlatformDescription
ShopifyConnect or disconnect your Shopify store. View connection status. See Connect to Shopify.
StripeConnect your Stripe account for payment and dispute data.

Email Configuration

Choose from the available methods to link your support inbox so ScaleFlows can receive customer emails and reply from your own address. See Connect Your Email.

Data Import

Import historical conversations from other support tools like Re:amaze directly into your ScaleFlows inbox. See Import Data.
